Returns Policy

We want you to love what you wear. We offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders.

Return Eligibility

      • Must be requested within 30 days of the order date

      • Items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and have all original tags attached

      • Items can be returned online or at any of our boutique locations (see locations & hours)


Once your return is submitted, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Form (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label via email.

After receiving your return, our team will inspect the item(s). Upon approval, a refund (minus original shipping charges) will be issued to your original form of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

      • Final Sale items

      • Items marked CLEARANCE

      • Items discounted 50% or more

      • Bathing suits, bodysuits, socks, underwear

      • Water bottles, yoga mats

      • Hair accessories (headbands, ties)


When trying on items, please avoid contact with makeup, deodorant, or self-tanner to prevent stains.


We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy.


Note: Discounts and promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases.

 


Exchanges

We offer free exchanges on domestic orders.

To request an exchange:

  1. Submit a return request as outlined above.

  2. In the notes section, indicate the item(s) and size(s) you would like in exchange.


Once your return is received and approved, your new item(s) will be shipped. Please note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.

 


Shipping Policy

  • Standard Shipping: Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday or during the weekend will ship the following Monday (excluding major holidays).

  • Expedited & Overnight Shipping: Orders placed by 12 PM EST, Monday–Friday, will ship same day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday or over the weekend will ship the following Monday (excluding major holidays).

  • International Shipping:
      • International orders placed on Thursday or Friday may take 5–7 business days to ship.

      • No refunds or exchanges on international orders.

      • Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes. Please check with your local authorities for applicable fees.

 

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
 We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier (USPS, FedEx, DHL) to file a claim.
